Pastor's Letter
Life Tabernacle is a
Bible based church. I recommend that everyone read and use the King
James Version of the Bible. Of course other versions could be used
in study and research.
The book of Acts is the foundation of the New Testament church. Acts
is the history of the church in its beginning. In this book we find
the New Testament plan of salvation; as taught by Jesus Christ and
his Apostles. He taught them for three and one half years and they
in turn taught us what he taught them. Please read Heb. 2:3-4.
I
highly recommend that all serious students begin their study of the
Bible with the book of Acts. Next read and study the book of St.
John. Then return to read and study the book of Acts again.
Afterwards read and study Matthew, Mark, and Luke.
The Apostle John said that those who do not follow the Apostles
teachings are following a spirit of error. 1 John 4:6. Also read Gal
1:8-9, Luke 10:16.
The Epistles, Romans through Jude, were written to born again
believers; teaching and instructing them how to live the Christian
life. The book of Revelation is the last book of prophecy in the
bible.
I
pray that you will be blessed in your study of God’s word.
Sincerely,
Pastor Robert L. Hall
